I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with amazing views of the Matterhorn right from my terrace. The room was a bit small for our family of three, but the connecting rooms made it convenient for us and the mealtime view was spectacular. The service was exceptional, making us feel like family. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet. The dining was decent, with a good spread for breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a cozy stay at the hotel. The rooms, while a little dated, created a sort of privately linked suite at one side of the hotel. Though the basic toiletries provided were just ok, if we had known suites were available, we would have preferred the extra space.

I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and with a great view, but I wish I had known that suites were available for more space. The service was top-notch, with kind and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for what we needed after a day of skiing, quiet and offering a fabulous view of the majestic Matterhorn. Dining was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety to cater to all tastes. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
